CAWS Homemade Style Cracklin was first established in 2010 with three flavors. We have since grown and established ourselves as a well-recognized business with 38 flavors of cracklin to choose from.
Our Mission
To provide our customers with quality fresh cooked crackling in a variety of flavors.
Cooked Fresh Daily
We pride ourselves in the fact that we do not compromise our homemade style of deep frying and seasoning our cracklin. Our cracklin is not cooked in its own fat, but in peanut oil to assure quality of taste. Our product is guaranteed fresh packaged in a resealable bag labeled with a date of freshness.

Fresh Louisiana style fatback cracklin sold every Friday morning until sold out.
Place your orders and pay online by 9:00 a.m. Wednesday. Order early, we sell out quickly. 1/2 lb. bag per order.
